THE VISIT OF 70 THOUSAND VISITORS AND DELEGATIONS OF 20 COUNTRIES IS EXPECTED. THE NEW MONOGRAPHIC ROOMS, EXPOAMERICARNE, EXPOKOSHER AND VINALTERRA, ENLARGE THE PROPOSAL OF THE PREVIOUS EXHIBITION.

The International Food Fair Rosario 2009 will be held from 20th. to 23rd. May 2009 in the Complejo de Eventos Metropolitano of this city in Santa Fe, which is located at just 330 kilometers from Buenos Aires. There, a location of 17.000 m2 will gather 500 exhibitors who will hold the live fair of the coming world for 70.000 visitors of the region and from 20 other countries.

To the model of global exhibition of goods, equipment and services for the food industry, three monographic rooms will be added, thus integrating and improving the proposal of the previous exhibition: ExpoAmeriCarne, ExpoPanificados and Vinalterra.

Specially designed to gather providers and representatives of animal production and national and international meat markets, live exhibitions of the production processes will be done in ExpoAmeriCarne.

“This room is thought to be considered as a business and negotiation space. From Rosario we will work together for the whole world because we are aware the world will come to the “grain-producer” to see what is going on”, stated Dévora Dorensztein, Director of the Red Alimentaria (Food Network), the company organizing EXPOAMERICARNE. Expokosher, coordinated by the Red Alimentaria and the Argentinian-Israeli Trade Chamber, will represent the opportunity for Argentinian producers to conquest the world market shelves.
